General Questions

What type of housing do you provide?

We provide shared and private rooms in fully furnished, stable homes for independent adults.

Is this a treatment facility or group home?

No. WOH Haven is NOT a licensed treatment center or group home. We offer independent housing only. Participant must be able to manage their own hygiene, medication, meals, and daily responsibilities.

Do you accept housing vouchers?

No. WOH Haven operates as a private housing program. Currently, we do not accept Section 8, VASH, or any other government agency voucher at this time.

Is there an application fee or deposit required?

No. We do not charge an application fee, nor do we require deposits. Once approved, in addition to your monthly room fee, a one-time program fee of $300 is required to move in.

Who qualifies to live at Prosper Haven?

WOH Haven houses individuals at different stages of life and we house them accordingly. Individuals must be independent, be ok with living in a shared environment and have verifiable guaranteed income. We house individuals on a first come first served basis.

Is it ok to drink alcohol or use drugs in the house?

Absolutely NOT. WOH Haven conducts a Drug and Alcohol-free program. Failure to follow the program/house rules will result in immediate termination of contract, and removal from the program, with no refund.

Is case management included?

We offer basic case management to ensure each participants stability and emergency preparedness. This includes, but not limited to- goal setting, mediation tracking, collecting emergency contact and case manager information, doctor information, etc.

Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are NOT allowed.
